Inside Paris' Iconic Sephora: A Makeup Artist's Journey

🌟 Paris was where it all began for me. I started my journey as a makeup artist in the city of love, thanks to a job offer from Anastasia Beverly Hills. My role was to train Sephora staff across 44 stores, focusing on eyebrow products. This experience was pivotal in my career and life, leading me to where I am today.

💼 The Sephora store in Onan holds a special place in my heart. It's where everything started for me. Interestingly, one of the original staff members from 1996, a Romanian, is still working there. The store has seen significant changes, especially after being acquired by LVMH, the luxury goods giant.

👑 Bernard Arnault, the chairman of LVMH, used to visit the Sephora store every Saturday at 10:00 a.m. with his son and bodyguards. He would greet everyone, especially those from Dior, and it felt like he was checking on his 'baby'. This store, along with Louis Vuitton, was his pride and joy. Working there was both fun and challenging, especially with the long hours and constant noise.
